[Hair Color] Technically black, but I like the whole pink theme on her so she also has like pink highlighting going on. But her bangs are of a different color (naturally) and I just have it as an orangeish color.

[Other] Other than her Dragon Eyes and different colored hair...not really no.
[Clothing] It varies, but when she goes out, AND BECAUSE I LIKE IT, she wears what she wore during that whole trek to save Rath.

[Background] God dammit, stupid Cesia with her huge roles...

Cesia is part human, part demon, part dragon, and supposedly part faerie. She was born as a human, sold to Nadil's army by her parents to become part demon, yet she has the Dragon Eyes so she's part dragon (and she becomes one of the Dragon Tribe anyway after Rath becomes Dragon Lord) and Rune thinks she's part faerie since she can understand animals, but that's not actually verified.

She has incredible powers, wind being her strongest element, and had difficulty controlling her powers. She can also increase the efficiency of anyone around her and is often sought after by the Demon Lord Nadil because of this. Though the Dragon Lord Lykouleon had tried to take her under his own care and protection, she was finally captured by Nadil when he sliced off Rath's head to reveal himself, sacrificing herself so no one else would die. She was originally in a doll like state at Nadil's castle when she was younger, awoken only by Bierrez who had accidentally stumbled upon her and woke her up. She was raised to be a demon, though she does not really enjoy it much. However it was the witch that taught her how to use wind powers as well as fortune telling. She was freed from her imprisonment when the Dragon Knights accidentally killed the witch.

She first met the Dragon Knights when they were off returning Nadil's head to the Dragon Lord and actually took the head away from them, only to take it to Lykouleon much to the knights' surprise. She later formed a relationship with Rath during their travels to try and revive Crewger and then later to find the Wind Staff and made a promise that she would not let him die.

She is also susceptible to curses. Very susceptible. She turned into a sacred (a cross between a rabbit and a pikachu) by just entering a cursed forest. She also later gained the Wind Staff which allowed her to better control her powers as well as help help Rath three times (once to revive him using Kaistern's body, second releasing the souls that were in him and thus "freeing" Rath, and then a third time to finally revive Rath using Zoma's body).

*jumping around all over the place* Cesia has three different personalities: Her usual self, her "light" self, and her "dark" self. As she was and is still part demon (as exemplified by the Dark Cesia), Lykouleon had given her a Light Dragon Amulet very similar to Rath's to help seal and control that other side of her. Whenever the amulet was taken off, it was easier for Dark Cesia to emerge and that usually sucked since Dark Cesia is one powerful and badass chick, as Rath experienced first hand. The second time she popped out, she used the Revival Water on Rath which allowed Nadil to take over his body.

When Cesia had been taken by Nadil the first time Nadil's army attacked the Castle, Cesia switched to her darker personality for the third and last time due to the unstable emotions she had and her dark self's egging at her phail, and almost kills Zoma who had brought her the wind staff. However she managed to revert back and with Zoma's transformation into his bird form, she manages to escape as well as help the others who were trapped in the underground cells of Nadil's Castle.

And then it was a very long winded journey to try and revive Rath yet again. She summoned Gil and Bierrez to help in their fight as well as to allow them to fulfill their destined roles. In general she ran around helping the others and eventually teleported/sent them to different places. With Rim and Zoma she returned to Nadil's Castle to revive Rath using Zoma's body, and after cute love scene, they journal to Nadil, and though she gets kidnapped yet again (dammit Nadil >w>) Rath saves her (of course) and is with him when Rath shoots Nadil.

Oh, and Rath had noticed she had Dragon Eyes sooo yeah. They never really expanded on that though.

[Current] Just chilling at the Dragon Castle waiting for Rathykins to come back :<

[Personality] She's a bit on the loud side, and straight forward. Due to her lifestyle she has an independent state of mind and enjoys alcohol. But she is kindhearted and willing to protect those she holds close to her, especially those of the Dragon Clan. She also worries over Rath a lot and loves him very dearly even if she doesn’t always show it as readily as Rath sometimes does (wtf kissed her twice >w>) . She gets flustered, it’s cute, and totally making icon of her slapping Rath 8D She’s very responsible and holds her position as the next Dragon Queen/Empress (not married yet >w>) seriously, often looking to Raseleane as a guide and inspiration. She also likes having fun, but she doesn’t mind the peace that’s settled over the place as much as Rath does. She finds it calming to finally not have so much chaos in her life happening at once.

Cesia also has three personalities: Normal, Dark, and White.

Dark Cesia is her pure evil demon side and overpowers the White Cesia. She is also technically the more powerful of the three. She takes any chance she can to try and escape from just the subconscious to take over Cesia's body so she can move freely. She believes she is the real version of Cesia and enjoys doing anything that would make the normal version suffer.

White Cesia is her more pure innocent side and only exists to balance out Dark Cesia's powers. Personality wise, she is very weak and never actually surfaces. She hates watching Dark Cesia hurt others but can't really do much about it.

Before she needed the dragon amulet from Lykouleon to safely stay in the Dragon Castle (as she was part demon and his barrier would cause her harm) as well as to help seal back Dark Cesia, but as she is now officially part of the Dragon Tribe and has better control over her personalities the amulet is no longer needed.

[Abilities] She can use a ton of magic. And I mean it. Her major specialty is wind, but she can also do fortune telling. And with the Wind Staff she can revive people (with the necessary stuff like a body to use as a container) and as she has so much power, just by standing by someone she can amplify their powers. She’s trying to control this, but she’s not having much luck.

Cesia is like God. Who can’t control their powers well. >_>; She’s learning? xD

[Specialties] Cooking :O And talking sense into Rath since he's like one of the very few people who he actually listens to and opens to. She's also good at taking charge when needed.

Oh, and understanding animals o-o Hence why it's questionable if she has faerie skillz or if it's just because she's like God >_>

[Affection] From girls, hugging is cool. She doesn't really put up with the whole "hitting on" from other guys, so it's only Rath she gets flustered and embarrassed around. And she just smacks Bierrez since she just sees him as kind of like a brother figure (DOESN'T MEAN HE CAN'T TRY). So she won't let you do stuff that easily guys 8D And even then ('cept for Rath) she'll put up a fight :O Feisty~ 8D

[Fighting] Uh. Though she actually has little experience in actual fighting since she works in the background (LIKE GOD) she has super powerful magicks ~~that she also can't control very well~~ so I would think she would be a formidable opponent. Or you know accidentally do lots of damage. If you want a real fight, make her turn into Dark Cesia and you got an entirely different person >___> You might want to run for you life then because Dark Cesia does know how to control the powers.

[Other Facts] SHE IS GOD.

And she still has the Dragon Amulet, but she doesn't wear it as often anymore since since she can better control herself as well as an official member of the Dragon Tribe (though she still had her demon powers, the only one who never lost it) and there's no real threat. At the moment at least.

*sighs as she lets the Darna munch on some hay she's holding out with her hand* It's so peaceful~ I really could get used to this type of life despite Rath's complaining of lack of demons. And I don't really have to do any paperwork~ *teehee~*

I should probably visit Raseleane again, sometime...there's so much I have to learn about this place. It's amazing she could handle things on top of what was happening with Lord Lykouleon...

*silent for a moment before she remembers~*

Oh, Rath should be back soon. I should probably check up on him and see what he's been doing.

*pulls out a crystal ball from out of nowhere and looks through it* Can't block me anymore, Rath~ Fufufu...Wait a minute...*jumps up* He took a side trip to find demons?! And when he's supposed to be meeting with those officials---!

Ooh that Rath! *storms out to find him*

This is just a temporary application for Cesia, as in if I get accepted, someone can still apply for Cesia. I won’t mind at all, I’m only applying since there aren’t a lot of players and no one seems to want to app as her and we need some of the major characters in here. We need more players orz D:
